Tire Blueprint Configurations Empty Tire Blueprint Configurations

Blueprints increase a cars performance in the specific area they were designed to. This is not to say that an improvement in the efficiency in one aspect of the car will produce an improvement in the overall efficiency of the car.

For example: The NOS Blueprint config post explains how different NOS BPs can improve your cars performance on specific tracks, regardless if the config reduces the total amount of cogs your car has.

This is also true of Tire BPs.

The correct amount of grip for a car is dependent on the cars current level of Horse Power and Torque.

The symptoms of an inappropriate Tire BP config are:

1. Not enough grip = excessive wheel spin
2. Too much grip = Popping Wheelies

For not enough grip, you can get more tire upgrades, reduce Horsepower & torque, or adjust gear ratios.

For too much grip you can either reduce Horsepower & Torque, reduce grip, or adjust gear ratios.

The bottom line is, figuring out what makes your car go faster. An increase in cogs doesn't necessarily mean a faster car.

Until a grip vs horsepower & torque chart is created by someone. Experimentation is the only cure.
