Training Philosophy
This Team has a modified training philosophy which entails periodically breaking from the storyline (Career Series) to get necessary cars built & tuned.
Racing through the storyline is an attempt by the app creator to train you to rely on spending your hard earned money in order to progress through the game.
The Acceleration Addicts philosophy is to never use your credit card coupled with doing what is required to be successful in Team Events which requires near best in class cars, near fully built, and near optimally tuned.
Since Street class cars are far more affordable to build by a landslide, our focus is to get newer people set up with 2 class D street cars, 2 class C street cars, and 2 class B Street cars. In each of those classes, our aim is to get one short track car and one long track car. It's possible, car dependant, that only one car per class will be required.
At this point players will be setup to be Team Event prepared and can return to the storyline to work on the more expensive cars.
Rational: While racing through the storyline you are left with a half a dozen cars only half way built and struggling in the Team Event. Losing all 10 in the Team Event consecutively while all your resources are monopolized by race cars is demoralizing for the player and non productive for the Team.
